A Telegram bot for a concrete plant
Problem
To find out a mix recipe, workers called the technologist every time. At shift changeover, waiting for an answer stopped the work.
Solution
A Telegram bot: pick the grade you need and it returns the exact recipe and proportions. The technologist only updates the recipe; the rest happens automatically.

Debtor letters for an instalment retailer
Problem
Six people prepared and sent debtor letters by hand every day. The same work, every day, for hours.
Solution
The process was automated: data is pulled from the database, the letter is composed and sent. A system does what six people were doing manually.

An AI agent for a print shop
Problem
Dozens of identical questions arrive on Instagram and Telegram every day: price, turnaround, format, file requirements. Each one had to be answered by hand.
Solution
An AI agent answers the repetitive questions. When a request is non-standard it hands the conversation to a person, so no customer is left without an answer.
Approach
AI does not solve everything
If the right answer is "you don't need AI for this", we say so.
Some processes need nothing more than a spreadsheet or a single rule. Forcing technology where it is not needed wastes the client's money and time. The courses take the same line: where AI genuinely speeds the work up, and where it only gets in the way — we tell you both.
Why Academy
Consulting does not scale to everyone
Working with every company individually is not possible, but teaching the process is. That is where Academy came from: we turned the approach built for clients into a course — in a form a designer, a marketer or a small business owner can apply themselves.
