Public offer

This document is a public offer under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, addressed to an indefinite range of persons on behalf of HEAD Academy (the "Provider").

Any individual who pays for a course (the "Student") is deemed to have accepted these terms fully and unconditionally. No separate contract needs to be signed.

The Provider may amend this offer. Amendments take effect when published on this page and do not apply to courses already paid for.

The Provider gives the Student access to online courses: video lessons, written material, practical assignments and, depending on the format chosen, group practice sessions.

The contents of a course, its number of modules and its duration are stated on each course page. The Provider may adjust the programme to improve teaching quality, provided the course's stated outcomes are preserved.

The service is delivered remotely, over the internet. The Student is responsible for the technical conditions required (internet access, a computer, and the software named in the course).

To reach a course the Student creates an account on the site. An account is opened with a phone number or an email address.

Access opens once payment is confirmed. Payments made through the payment systems are normally confirmed within a few minutes.

An account is personal. Transferring an account to a third party, sharing sign-in details, or several people using one account is prohibited. Where this is detected the Provider may suspend access.

The access period is stated on the course page. Where none is stated, access to the material is retained for at least twelve months after the cohort ends.

The price of a course is shown on each cohort's page in Uzbek soʻm. The price shown is final.

Payment is accepted through the Payme and Click payment systems. The payment is handled entirely by those systems; the Provider does not accept or store bank card details.

The Provider may change prices. A new price applies only to orders created after the change — the price of an order already paid does not change.

Discounts and special offers are published with an expiry date and do not combine with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

If the Student cancels before the course begins, the amount paid is refunded in full.

After a cohort has started, a refund request is assessed in proportion to the material already opened: the value of unlocked modules is retained and the remainder is refunded.

Where a course has been completed, or a substantial part of the material has been opened, no refund is made. This follows from the nature of a distance-learning service: material cannot be un-opened once it has been accessed.

Refund requests are sent through the contact channels listed on this page and are reviewed within ten working days. Money is returned by the same method it was paid.

If the Provider cancels a course on its own initiative, or cannot run a cohort, the amount paid is refunded in full.

The Provider undertakes to supply the course material in the volume advertised, to fix technical faults within a reasonable time, and to respond to the Student's enquiries.

The Student undertakes to keep their sign-in details secure, to use the material only for their own education, and to treat other students in the group with respect.

The Provider may terminate access for a Student who seriously breaches the group rules. No refund is made in that case.

The Provider may carry out technical maintenance, giving notice in advance.

All course material — video lessons, texts, templates, prompts and assignments — is the intellectual property of the Provider.

Recording, copying, distributing, reselling or publishing the material in open sources is prohibited. Where a breach is found, access is terminated without warning and the Provider may pursue the remedies available under law.

Work the Student creates during the course — projects, designs, websites — belongs to the Student. They may use it freely in a portfolio and commercially.

By submitting a final project to the gallery, the Student grants the Provider the right to show that work on the site and on social media with the author credited. This permission can be withdrawn at any time.

The Student's personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Accepting this offer constitutes consent to that processing.

The Provider is responsible for the quality of the teaching material and for supplying it in the volume advertised. The Provider does not guarantee the Student any particular financial result, employment, or client acquisition — the outcome depends on the Student's own work.

The Provider is not responsible for failures in the Student's internet connection, their device, or third-party services.

Where circumstances beyond reasonable control arise (emergencies, widespread internet outages, changes in legislation), the deadlines for performing obligations are extended for as long as those circumstances last.

Disputes are settled by negotiation first. Where no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The offer takes effect when published on this page and remains in force until withdrawn.
